Born to Age Family Care Consultants can meet with you in the privacy of your home to talk about resources and planning for aging through time. The two-hour meeting includes a review of current circumstances, a wish list, family interaction and discussion, medical, financial and physical concerns, and proposed solutions to both present and future problems.

Consultant charges: $400.00 for full home consultation

All referrals and suggestions are based entirely on an individual's unique circumstances. Born to Age does not receive fees from nor is contracted with any home care, assisted living, skilled nursing or board and care facililty.
