Dear Editor/Publisher,
We received the 2012 Directory today and would appreciate having a supply on hand to give to interested patrons. Our library supports an enthusiastic retirement community and we were completely impressed by the information shared through this directory.

Hi Yvonne,
Thank you for delivering the directories to us last Friday. You gave us mostly Solano County, which is much appreciated. When you get in more Napa County directories, could we have a bundle or two? We use Napa County the most. I have been including them in my discharge packets, and I also use the information in them. I get very positive feedback from the residents and family members.
I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate all the work you do on these directories, and how they help so many people navigate all the senior services available.
Thanks,
Irene Winnie,
Napa Valley Care Center

Our Social Workers love these directories! They are such a valuable resource for the work that we do in the community. We provide the directories to families and I also provide them to MD offices who have not yet connected with you. I think we usually receive a case but I am not sure. Is that a reasonable request? Thank you so much for providing this wonderful directory.
Sincerely,
Patty Jellison-LaVine, Hospice Community Liaison, Sutter VNA & Hospice

You do an amazing job! Your research on death arrangements has been a great help to the deputies in the Public Guardian’s Office. Thank you for the August update for this edition.

I have used Born to Age in many diversified ways. It has never disappointed me. Whatever my needs were, it had lots of helpful information. I’m very grateful to it as a valuable resource. Ms. Baginsky is extremely thorough in gathering and distributing all kinds of solutions for problems encountered by the older population. I would have been entirely lost without her and her most enlightening resource, “Born to Age”.
Gratefully, Cheryl V.

“Thank you again for inviting me to your Symposium! Honestly, I wasn’t certain where I actually fit in at such an event. I was more than impressed with each of the attendee’s infomercial’s and (to me) their passion for Seniors and Senior Care was inspirational. Having gone through the long term care process with 2 of my 4 grandparents and now being on the threshold of considering assisted living for my parents and in-laws…I know much about the decisions to be made and the facts to be faced by that of the average family.
Because I’ve chosen to focus on the Senior Insurance end of the insurance business I am faced with providing a considerable amount of advice to individuals and families of individuals trying to hold on to their fixed income dollars (and trying to make the right choice for them) with the numerous Medicare Supplement and Medicare RX plans. I was surprised to discover that most of the persons I chatted with at your Symposium had no formal system in place (at their facilities) or a source they could approach for advice on the Senior Insurance Products. I now look forward to being such a source!
Thanks to you and your event, I am pleased to tell you that I have contacted a handful of fellow attendee’s and that several educational meetings have been arranged with the hope that more will follow. Had it not been for your event I doubt I’d have discovered the lack of reliable (Medicare Type) information available to my fellow Born to Age members. Thank you Yvonne………”
Sincerely,
John A. Lewis, CA#0580789, J.C. Lewis Insurance Services

“Yvonne,
I meant to tell you how much I learned from and enjoyed the symposium. Will think about concrete things to pass along. Great to get your follow-up as it jogged my mind that I had let this slip by last week.
Will get back to you. You’re a great organizer and inspiration!!”

“We love your directory. They disappear almost as soon as we put them out. In the past year we have had a turnover in occupancy and we would like to make them available to our new residents.”
