Adult Day Care Centers provide stimulating activities, hot lunch, light exercise and a supportive, caring environment for the frail elderly and adults with dementia or disabilities. Programs provide or arrange transportation to and from the program.

Adult Day Health Care
These centers are similar to the social centers, except they also provide some health services, including physical, occupational and speech therapies, exercise programs and have a nurse on-site. Services are covered by private insurance, or Medi-Cal, as well as private pay.
